1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CalcuOnline (calcuonline.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses the site.

CalcuOnline is operated by Tony Augustine Labs. Questions can be directed to einvit@proton.me.

2. The service

CalcuOnline provides a collection of browser-based calculators and utilities for finance, civil engineering, and software development tasks. The service is provided free of charge, without registration, and with no data uploaded to our servers.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or the entire service at any time without notice
• Change these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page
• Add, remove, or alter features and tools at our discretion

3. Informational use only

All results produced by CalcuOnline tools — including but not limited to loan repayment schedules, tax amounts, material quantity estimates, savings projections, exchange rate conversions, and WCAG contrast ratios — are indicative estimates only.

They are provided for general informational and planning purposes. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as:

• Financial advice, investment advice, or banking advice
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice
• Structural, architectural, or engineering advice
• Accessibility compliance certification
• Any other form of professional or regulated advice

Exchange rates displayed in the currency converter are mid-market indicative rates updated daily. They will differ from rates offered by banks, brokers, and exchange services. Do not rely on these rates for executing financial transactions.

4. Accuracy and errors

We strive for accuracy in all formulas and data. However, we make no representation or warranty — express or implied — that:

• Any calculation result is correct, complete, or up to date
• Exchange rate data reflects real-time market prices
• Tax rates, interest rate conventions, or building standards match those in your jurisdiction
• The service will be available at any particular time or free from errors

If you believe a formula is incorrect, please contact us with a citation to the correct source.

5. Permitted use

You may use CalcuOnline for any lawful personal, educational, or commercial purpose.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or mirror the site in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the site
• Use the site in connection with any unlawful activity
• Represent CalcuOnline outputs as professional or certified advice to third parties without appropriate qualification

6. Intellectual property

The CalcuOnline name, logo, and all original content (including tool designs, formulas as implemented, descriptive text, and visual assets) are the intellectual property of Tony Augustine Labs and may not be reproduced without permission.

Underlying open-source libraries used by CalcuOnline remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their respective licences.

7. Third-party services

CalcuOnline relies on the following third-party services:

• jsDelivr CDN / @fawazahmed0/currency-api — for exchange rate data
• countapi.mileshilliard.com — for the anonymous visitor counter on the homepage
• Cloudflare Pages — for hosting, edge delivery, and coarse location lookup used to default the currency converter

These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tony Augustine Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of CalcuOnline, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or reliance on inaccurate calculation results.

Your use of CalcuOnline is at your own risk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
